Larysa Polishchuk-Rusina

1985, born in Ukraine. Lived and worked in Kiev till the war has started. 2006: graduated from Kiev National University philosophy faculty, specialty “aesthetics” M.A. degree. Graduation work “Color in Cinematography” became the basis for color and light experiments in future professional work as a photographer and videographer. 2004 – 2009 leads commercial photo projects, works with Ukrainian and foreign editions, collectors and private clients, participates in contemporary art projects as art manager. Since 2009 leads independent visual researches. Personal and group exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad since 2009. Passed a number of master classes with Boris Mikhailov and Viktor Marushchenko. 2012: was chosen to present Ukraine in London on Rich Mix Festival. 2019: in the list of PHOTOVOGUE photographers. 2019: participates in project “The Shadow of Dream” by Open Group presented in Pavilion of Ukraine at the 58th International Art Exhibition La Biennale Di Venezia. 2020: Presented on Saatchi Art. 2020: Presents Ukraine on Korea-Ukraine Contemporary photo exhibition Kreative Perspectives. KF Gallery, Seoul, supported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Korea. Her photographs are owned by collectors from Ukraine, Italy, Great Britain,  Estonia, Argentina, Korea, Israel, Bulgaria and Netherlands.
